Application for Exclusive High School Award Program for CCIL Members

Please read and follow the instructions carefully prior to submitting your application. Applications are to be filled out by the student applicant and are accepted between June 15 to September 15th. Applications can only be submitted once you have your completed high school graduation status. (e.g. After June, 2026) and grades submitted can only be in the form of a copy of complete transcripts (no report cards). Incomplete applications or failure to submit required information or exceeding word count maximum will result in invalid applications.
