CCIL President Doug Otto Presents Dave Hope of Pacific Rim Laboratories With A CCIL Lifetime Honorary Membership Award in Vancouver, BC.

Honorary lifetime membership in CCIL is the Board of Director’s highest recognition to a former Board member who has made a significant contribution to the organization. Dave served on the CCIL Board for 18 years starting in 2005 and was CCIL president from 2009 to 2011. During his presidency, CCIL acquired the Concrete Laboratory Qualification Program from the Canadian Standards Association, an acquisition that has made CCIL what it is today. David’s commitment and role in making CCIL the pre-eminent voice of independent testing in Canada is reflected by this award.
