CCIL President Doug Otto Presents Gordon Leaman, P.Eng., With A CCIL Lifetime Honorary Membership Award in Toronto, ON

Honorary lifetime membership in CCIL is the Board of Director’s highest recognition to a former Board member who has made a significant contribution to the organization. Gordon joined the CCIL Board in 2012 and served as CCIL President from 2015 to 2019. This was the longest term as President in CCIL’s 30 plus year history. During Gordon’s tenure, he was a tireless advocate for the concrete testing industry, and he served on both the CSA A23.1/A23.2 and CSA A283 Technical Committees. In 2022, Gordon received CSA’s prestigious Award of Merit in recognition of his 20 years of service in the development of the A23.1/A23.2 and A283 Standards.
